Recently moved to Georgia and Went to Imagix for my first cleaning appointment, the wait time was horrible and it took them 2 hours to just get all the basic xrays and everything which they said was covered by my insurance. The X-rays were painful and the technicians made it even more uncomfortable. After the painful experience asked for a glass of water which I received only after requesting 3 times. I couldn’t spend more time there and so Had to come back a week later to get my cleaning done. During this visit they say insurance doesn’t cover my first appointment X-ray and so they wouldn’t do my cleaning till I paid off, which I did. Their argument was you should have known about what your insurance covers and got all the old information from my previous dentist and not relied on what they said. Supposedly the X-ray they did was not my regular yearly xray but something different that was only covered across larger span of time ( would have been covered if I had waited for a few more months) , they also said they won’t accept anything that’s less than a year old. Super friendly staff & great experience overall! Dr. Malik is very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had and made sure my time was valued. Highly recommend!😁🦷🪥

I recently switched to this practice and I’m very picky about dentists, and my experience so far has been amazing. Dr. Kim and his assistant, Noah, are very professional. They explained every step of my treatment. So far, I’ve had a deep cleaning, a crown replacement, and cavities filled. Very soon, I’ll be getting my permanent crown. They were so careful and caring. The front office reviewed my insurance benefits and quickly resolved a few issues. They always welcome everyone with a nice smile and solutions. I would recommend them to anyone trying to find the best dentist in the area.

Dr. Daniyaal Malik did an outstanding job making my new crown. The quality of his work is excellent, and he is very thorough, patient and detail-oriented. Kudos to his assistant, Lamonica, for her exceptional customer service and kindness. They make a fantastic team, and I highly recommend them! 🦷🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Everyone is very kind & polite. The staff is very knowledgeable & can explain anything you ask about. I didn't realize that it takes at least 24 houra for your paperwork to go into the system, so I had to feel out a hard copy once I got to my appointment. They were all very patient & kind. Dr. Kim is amazing! She is super sweet & explains in detail what ahe sees. She prioritizes the procedures so you know what to do & when. Everyone here is wonderful & professional!
